River Dart Country Park – Bonfire Extravaganza – 5 November 2011

River Dart Country Park in Ashburton will be open from 9am with Dare Devil activities also available throughout the day. Activities at this Devon-based Park include a bouncy castle, a carved pumpkin competition and a Halloween fancy-dress competition for children under 12. The Guy Fawkes competition winner will be announced at 5pm. The bonfire lighting is at 6pm, followed by the firework display at 7pm. Beaulieu – Twilight Zone Firework Display – 29 October 2011

 

Be wowed by the explosive and dynamic fireworks display, set to a Twilight Zone theme at Beaulieu in Hampshire. The kids and grandparents will have fun on the Beaulieu Rides & Drives and Old-Time Fairground entertainments including a Big Wheel, Gallopers and Swing Boats. Everyone is invited to get in the spirit of the night... in fancy dress... with prizes going to the best dressed. Seaton Carew Sea Front - Hartlepool Music & Fireworks Spectacular – 5 November 2011

 

Plan your family fireworks night for the Guy Fawkes anniversary; the seaside setting hosts one of the most popular firework displays in the area. Children’s funfair rides and stalls from 4pm, entertainment from 5pm and the firework display begins at 6.30pm. The theme for 2011 is Harry Potter. Bitts Park – Fire Show – 5 November 2011

When looking for free family Bonfire Night events in Cumbria, look no further than the annual Carlisle Fire Show which is in the top ten bonfire and firework displays in the country and attracts around 35,000 people. The bonfire is themed and built to a specific construction which has a pyrotechnic and firework display set onto moving parts. The firework display that follows is spectacular and the whole show is set to music. A fairground, food stalls are also on site to add to the atmosphere. Blists Hill Victorian Town – Fireworks Night – 5 November 2011

Plan a great family night out with the children to commemorate Guy Fawkes Night at Blists Hill Victorian Town in Shropshire. Experience the Victorian atmosphere of the industrial revolution as the attraction will open its doors on the evening of Saturday 5th November for a spectacular Family Fireworks Extravaganza. Visitors will be able to enter Blists Hill at 6pm for the fireworks event and experience the streets illuminated by gaslight, as they would have been in Victorian times.
