Terms and Conditions

This competition is free to enter and the winner will be the first correct entry drawn from all entries.  The closing date is 27/8/2010 and the winner will be notified by email by 3/9/2010.  The winner must acknowledge receipt of the winner’s announcement within 48 hours; otherwise the prize may be redrawn.  No correspondence can be entered into and the decision of the judges is final.  Children under 16 years old must have permission of a parent or guardian before entering.  There is no cash alternative to the prize, which is a family package for two adults and up to three children.  Once the winner has been notified, they will be supplied with all dates and will be asked to make their selection. There is no cash alternative in lieu of tickets.  The prize is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable and must be used by 31st December 2010.  Children must be 16 years and under.  Dress code does apply – see www.ascot.co.uk for more information. The promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of items, injuries or accidents that may occur during the visit.  Travel to the Racecourse, up to the total sum of £25, to be reimbursed after the event by submitting receipts to Kelly Barnes, The British Horseracing Authority, 75 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6LS.
